Apply for financial aid from your State government.  See your high school counselor for instructions and forms or find your home state higher education agency  and contact them directly. 

California Students – Complete the GPA Verification Form.  Print a copy of the form or pick up one from your high school administration office.  Fill out your name and address on the form and return it to the office.  Your high school counselor will complete the form by filling in your grade point average information.  When the form is completed, your high school counselor will submit it electronically or will mail it to the California Student Aid Commission before March 1, 2010.
