Mid-Year Grade Reports

 

Send Mid-Year Grade Reports to Colleges That Have Accepted You.

 

If the colleges and universities that have accepted you require Mid-Year Grade Reports (also called Mid-Year Reports), arrange for your high school counselor send them.  Mid-Year Grade Reports are a report card of your Fall 2010 grades.

 

TO SEND MID-YEAR GRADE REPORTS:

 

Go to each college’s undergraduate admissions website, to see if they require a Mid-Year Grade Report. 

 

If a Mid-Year Report is required:


-  Print a copy of the Report.
-  Complete the top portion of the Mid-Year Report form for each college and university with your name, address, etc.
-  Give the Report form(s) to your high school counselor with a cover letter.
-  Give your counselor a stamped, self-addressed envelope for each Mid-Year Grade Report.
